Grâce à qbert sur dingoonity j'ai redonné vie à ma G16.
Voici un tuto pas à pas pour Flasher le firmware d’origine de la G16 si vous rencontrez des problèmes.
Attention, cette opération bien que sans difficulté peut entrainer des dégâts irreversibles sur votre console. Openconsoles, ni moi-même ne saurions être tenu responsable en cas de problème.
Ce dont vous avez besoin:
Rappel avant de commencer :
Le flashage du Firmware va formater la mémoire interne (sdcard) et ne devrait pas toucher à votre Carte Sd externe. Mais dans le doute il est conseillé de retirer votre micro-Sd de la G16 avant de commencer la manipulation.
De la même façon assurez-vous que votre batterie est pleine !
Sur votre PC :
1- récupérer l’archive au dessus.
2- créer un dossier nommé “LiveSuite” sur votre bureau (étape non obligatoire mais on y voit plus clair ainsi !)
3- décompresser l’archive dans le dossier que vous venez de créer.
4- vous obtenez 1 dossier et 3 fichiers :
- UnlockRoot USB Driver
- g16.img (c’est le firmware)
- LiveSuitPack_v1.07.exe
- unlockroot23.exe
5- Ouvrez le fichier LiveSuitPack_v1.07.exe -->accepter de façon automatique l’installation des drivers proposés.
6 - Un message d’avertissement va s’ouvrir intitulé “LiveSuite User Wizzard” → cliquer sur non
7- Cliquer ensuite sur le premier icône en haut à gauche de la fenêtre intitulée “LiveSuit v1.07”
8- une boite de dialogue s’ouvre : choisissez le fichier g16.img.
On passe sur la G16:
Maintenez le petit bouton “R-U” sous la G16 tout en branchant le mini-USB (l’autre extrémité est déjà relié au PC)
Si votre manipulation à marcher, vous devez avoir une nouvelle fenêtre d’ouverte sur votre PC, cliquez sur YES et encore sur YES.
Une barre de progression doit désormais avancer. Attendez patiemment.
A la fin du processus, l’écran de votre G16 s’allume et votre G16 démarre. Vous pouvez débrancher, c’est terminée !
Je mets la vidéo que Qbert à réaliser, elle est très bien faite, il y a aucune chance de se tromper ainsi !

| [News][Android] Tuto : Root JXD S5110 | | Jeu 10 Mai - 21:48 par BAFelton | Il semblerait que la console ne soit pas rootée d'origine et que le market ne soit pas installé.
Donc la solution actuelle sous Android 4.0 :
- récupérez ce pack : http://dl.dropbox.com/u/78572377/JXD%20S5110.zip
- décompressez le sur votre PC. Il y a trois répertoires : Market and root, S5110 2.3.4 et S5110 4.0.
- copiez le contenu du répertoire S5110 4.0 sur la racine de votre carte SD et insérez la dans la console.
- lancez le recovery (Menu + Power), l'upgrade se fera tout seul. Cela installera une version 'propre' de ICS.
- maintenant on installe le root et le market.
- effacez les fichiers que l'on a installé plus haut de votre SD et copiez le 'update.zip' du répertoire 'Market and root' sur la racine de votre SD.
- relancez la console en recovery.
- dans le menu, cliquez sur 'Apply update from SD card' et choisissez votre update.zip, l'install se fera tout seul.
- ensuite reboot et c'est parti !

Farox vient de poster son portage de Fade2Black engine, un moteur de Fade to Black.
C'est une version beta, donc à tester. Il faudra les fichiers du jeu pour y jouer ( voir ici : http://www.abandonware-france.org/ltf_abandon/ltf_jeu.php?id=793&fic=liens )

It's a beta and the PND is not properly created (missing some screens and a better script ..) but i think it's in playable state.
The version is based on the latest sources by mr Montoir ( 0.18 ) where the author added the GLES convertion and it did a very good job.
I have added the egl part and changed some buttons and added a button to exit the game .

You need the original data files (demo or retail) to play.
This are the buttons :
DPAD move the player with:
UP = Run
LEFT = left
RIGHT = right
DOWN = Couch
pressing R (the rear button)+DPAD change how to move:
R+UP = Walk (instead of RUN)
R+LEFT = Strife left
R+RIGHT = Strife right
R+DOWN = quick change direction
X (Button) = Aim mode
B (Button) = Fire ( only when in aim mode)
Y (Button) = Recharge weapon
A (Button) = Jump
I (i key) = Show inventory
Inside inventory we can use B (Button to select the current item , to read messages and to exit the message)
L (rear Button) = Change inventory items
press again I to exit inventory
SPACE (key) = interact with lift / take obj
ESC = Go to the BOX where is supposed to change options...but at the moment this do nothing.
You could rotate this BOX ( left or right ) and scroll the items ( with up or down) but not much more.
Press again ESC to return in action.
h = ?? don't know
k = ?? don't know
u = ?? don't know
Select (Button) = Exit the game
Please test it and report your impressions.
The only thing that is annoying me is the inventory, when we enter here things seems to slow down pressing button sometimes take some seconds to register ( for example when we read the message ) i don't know how to improve.
The second thing is the BOX accessible pressing ESC during the game that don't work ( maybe is not properly implemented).
